One-on-one coaching at PMC is often an extension of our customized training, with former participants signing on as coaching clients. Prior participation in a PMC training seminar is not required, though. Many coaching clients sign on simply because they want a deeper dive and more closely tailored feedback than a seminar can provide. We specialize in leadership competencies that fall under the general heading of “people skills,” with particular emphasis on: managing difficult employees; gaining commitment while increasing accountability; navigating difficult work relationships; leading robust team discussions; getting real buy-in and participation; handling disagreement and dissent; speaking more persuasively; and gaining credibility and influence.
