PMC provides facilitation services to teams that are meeting expectations but want to step up their game, as well as teams that are underperforming, mired by infighting, or stuck in unproductive patterns. For this service to be successful, all members of the team should agree that outside help is warranted, and all should have some voice in choosing the facilitator. If PMC is chosen, team members can expect to meet with the facilitator both individually and as a full group. Individual meetings are used to understand the nature and scope of “what needs changing” within the team. Team meetings are used to work through points of friction and reach agreement on needed changes. Solutions may be process-oriented, structural, or a combination of both.
